Challenge accepted!

I had this idea last year that I wanted to explore many different things and record my journey. After all, you may be curious but would rather someone else give it a go first. Enter the guinea pig! The remainder of this year trying out all of the fun, sometimes crazy health, wellness, etc things and letting you know what a semi-normal, unbiased person really thinks. Honestly, there are some weird things out there and I want you to have the read-deal knowledge. It should be an adventure!

So, what qualifies me to give my little ol' opinion? I hold a BS and a MS in Exercise Science so I am prepared to give you the low down on the exercise related challenges to keep your routines safe and effective. I am also finishing my research to complete my doctorate degree in sport psychology this year which means:

1. I have gotten really awesome at determining which is real, sound research and which is junk.

2. I also know the importance of mental as well as physical health. I will find challenges that you may incorporate to get in better shape, improve mental performance, stress less and have fun doing it! Because, let's face it, life should be fun!

I would let you in on all of the ideas, but I would rather just let you be surprised! However, I promise that it should be cool, informative, and maybe good for a laugh. So.... here we go!!!!!!!
